Our Story

Negoflict evolved out of the "Minds of Peace Experiments" – a series of Israeli-Palestinian public negotiating assemblies. At each assembly an Israeli delegation and a Palestinian delegation discussed, debated and explored solutions to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. These assemblies have been successfully conducted at major universities in the US and Canada, at conference halls in Israel and the West Bank, and at various public places. In 2017, we organized the largest Public Negotiating Congress during which about 2000 Israelis and Palestinians negotiated a peace agreement in Rabin Square, Tel Aviv.

We discovered that the same principles that enable disputing parties to reach a political settlement can be applied in other dimensions of social life, such as family and business disputes. We used our knowledge and expertise to develop the Negoflict system, a digital platform for Solution-Focused Negotiation that will serve each of us as negotiator and mediator

Sigmund Freud dreamed of making psychotherapy accessible to everyone. Our experience shows that online communication and technology can bring the art of Solution-Focused Negotiation to almost every adult in the world.

our mission

  • to increase Peace and Peace of Mind, and to reduce tensions caused by unresolved conflicts in almost every dimension of social life.
  • to provide the knowledge and tools to make Conflict Resolution an affordable practice and way of life for everyone.
  • to enhance the Online Solution-Focused Negotiation Methodology, Platform, and Tools.
